Tambaya ta 39: Mene ne hukuncin Alhajin da ya kwana a wajen Mina saboda cikowar Mina bai sami wuri ba?

Amsa: Ya kamata Alhaji ya yi iya kokarinsa ya ga ya kwana a Mina, to, amma in bai sami wurin kwana ba, ko hukumomin alhazansu sun kafa hemominsu a wajen Mina saboda cinkoso, to, babu laifi ya kwana a wurin da ya samu kansa. Dalilinmu kuwa shi ne fadin Ubangiji (SWT) cewa: “Ku ji tsoron Allah gwargwadon iyawarku…” (Tagabun:16).

Tambaya ta 40: Mene ne hukuncin Alhajin da ya kwana a wajen Mina saboda rashin sani, alhali akwai wuri a Mina?

Amsa: Ya kamata Alhaji ya kasance duk abin da zai gabatar na aikin Hajji ya tambayi malamai masu ilimi don su sanar da shi abubuwan da ya kamata ya aikata na aikin hajjinsa, amma kwanan da ya yi a wajen Mina a bisa jahilci sai ya tuba zuwa ga Ubangiji (SWT), babu yanka a kansa. Dalilinmu kuwa shi ne fadin Ubangiji (SWT) cewa: “Ya Ubangiji kada Ka kama mu a kan abin da muka aikata bisa mantuwa ko kuskure …” (Bakara:286).

Tambaya ta 41: Mene ne hukuncin Alhajin da rashin lafiya ya hana shi kwana a Mina?

Amsa: Alhajin da ya samu kansa a wannan hali ba komai a kansa, sai dai ya wakilta wani ya yi masa jifa a cikin kwanakin Mina, don kuwa Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi rangwame ga masu kiwo da masu shayar da ruwan Zamzam game da kwanan Mina. Kamar yadda Hadisi ya tabbata daga Abdullahi Ibnu Umar (RA) ya ce: “Abbas Ibnu Abdulmuddalib (RA) ya nemi Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi masa izini ya kwana a Makka a cikin dararen Mina saboda ya shayar da ruwan (Zamzam), sai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi masa izini.” A duba Sahihul Buhari: Kitabul Hajji, Babu Sikayatil Hajji, Hadisi na 1634; da Sahih Muslim: Kitabul Hajji, Babu Wujubil Mabiti Bi Minan Layali Ayyamit Tashrik, Hadisi na 1315. Amma wannan lafazin Imamul Buhari ne.

Da kuma Hadisin da ya tabbata daga Abul Baddahi Ibnu Adiyyi daga Babansa (RA) ya ce: “Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi rangwame ga makiyaya su yi jifa rana daya su tsallake rana daya. Sunan Abu Dawud: Kitabul Manasiki, Babun Fi Ramyil Jimari, Hadisi na 1975.

Saboda haka mara lafiya shi ya fi cancantar wannan rangwame.

Tambaya ta 42: Mene ne hukuncin wadanda suke barin Mina a ranar 11 ga watan Zul-Hajji, kuma suna riyawa su sun gama kwanakinsu ke nan?

Tambaya ta 43: Wace irin ibada ya kamata mahajjaci ya yi a kwanaki uku na zaman Mina, kuma mene ne ya kamata ya nisanta?

Amsa: Ibadar da ya kamata mahajjaci ya yi a kwanakin Mina su ne kamar haka:

Jifar Jamrah: A rana ta daya da ta biyu da ta uku bayan Sallah (wato 11-13 ga watan Zul Hajji) ana jifar jamra guda uku ne bayan rana ta yi zawali.

Domin babu wani dalili a cikin littafin Allah ko Hadisan Manzon Allah (SAW) ko ayyukan magabatan kwarai da ke nuna halaccin yin jifa da safe ko da hantsi kafin rana ta yi zawali. Amma wanda yake da uzuri, ko wadanda suke da rauni, ko masu gudun cinkoso, za su iya yin jifarsu ne da yamma koda daddare, matukar dai alfijir bai keto ba.
Dalili a kan haka na cikin Hadisin da ya tabbata daga Abdullahi Ibnu Abbas (RA) ya ce: “Manzon Allah (SAW) ya kasance ana yi masa tambayoyi a cikin Mina Ranar Idi: Wani ya ce: na yi aski kafin in yi yanka, sai ya ce babu komai, wani ya ce na yi jifa bayan yammaci, sai ya ce babu komai.” Sahihul Buhari: Kitabul Hajji, Babu Iza Rama Ba’ada Ma Amsa, Hadisi na 1735.

Wannan Hadisi yana nuna mana cewa yin jifa da yamma ya halatta, domin haka, mara lafiya da duk wani mai uzuri, za su iya jira har sai da yamma sannan su je su yi jifa. Haka kuma, Hadisi ya tabbata a cikin Muwadda Malik daga Nafi’u daga Babansa ya ce: “Wata mace ’yar dan uwan Safiyya Bint Abu Ubaid da ta haihu a Muzdalifa, ba ta samu isowa Mina ba, sai bayan hudowar rana ita da Safiyya. Haka kuma Hadisi ya tabbata daga Nafi’u daga Abdullahi Ibnu Umar (RA) yana cewa: “Ba a yin jifa a ranaku uku (na Mina) sai bayan rana ta yi zawali.” Al-Istizkar, Mujalladi na 13 shafi na 214, Hadisi na 890.

Ibnu Abdulbarri, a cikin sharhin wannan Hadisin ya ce: “Wannan fatawa (ta Abdullahi Ibnu Umar RA) ita ce Sunnah a wurin dukan malamai; babu wani sabani a kanta.” Duba Al-Istizkar, Mujalladi na 13 shafi na 214, karkashin Hadisi na 890.

Haka kuma malamai sun yi sabani a kan wanda ya yi jifa kafin zawali a wadannan ranaku, sai Ibnu Abdulbarri ya ce: “Jamhurum malamai sun tafi a kan cewa ya sake maimaita wannan jifa bayan rana ta yi zawali. A cikinsu akwai Imam Malik da Shafi’i da mabiyansu, da Imam As-Sauri da
Imam Ahmad, da Is’hak.” Duba Al-Istizkar, Mujalladi na 13 shafi na 214. Haka kuma Abu Yusuf da Muhammad da Imamu Shafi’i sun ce: “Babu laifi ga wanda ya jinkirta jifa zuwa dare ko safiya.” Hujjarsu ita ce Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi rangwame ga masu kiwon rakuma da kananan dabbobi wadanda suke da uzuri, da su yi jifa da daddare.” Duba Al-Istizkar, Mujalladi na 13 shafi na 217 da Al-Mughni fi Fikhil Hajj wal Umarah, shafi na 269, bugun Daru Ibnu Hazim.

Manzon Allah (SAW) bai yi jifa a ranaku uku na Mina ba sai bayan zawali, ga shi kuwa Hadisi ya tabbata daga Jabir Ibn Abdullah (RA) cewa Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce: “Ku riki ayyukan hajjinku daga gare ni.” Sahih Muslim: Kitabul Hajji, Babus Tihbabi Ramyi Jamratil Akaba Yauman Nahri Rakiban, Hadisi na 1297 da Sunan Abu Dawud: Kitabul Manasiki, Babun Fi Ramyil Jimar, Hadisi na 1970.

Kuma haka sahabbansa suka aikata a bayansa, ba tare da an samu wani sabani a kan haka ba. Kuma sanannen abu ne cewa Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce: “Wanda duk ya aikata wani aiki da ba Ya cikin al’amarinmu (na addini da muka karantar), to, za a mayar masa (watau ba za a karba ba). Sahih Muslim: Kitabul Akdiyati, Babu Nakdil Ahkamil Badilati Waraddi Muhdasatil Umur, Hadisi na 1718.

A wani Hadisin Manzon Allah (SAW) cewa ya yi: “Wanda duk ya kaga wani abu a cikin al’amarinmu (na addini) da babu shi a ciki, za a mayar masa.” Sahihul Bukhari: Kitabul Sulhi, Babu Iza Isdalahu Ala Sulhi Jauri Fassulhu Mardud, Hadisi na 2697; da Sahih Muslim: Kitabul Akdiyati, Babu Nakdil Ahkamil Badilati Waraddi Muhdasatil Umur, Hadisi na 1718.
